REFUND POLICY
At Vision Educational Academy, we are committed to delivering high-quality educational services and ensuring student satisfaction. Our refund guidelines are designed to be fair and transparent, outlining the circumstances under which a refund may be granted.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds may be considered for tuition fees and other payments made directly to Vision Educational Academy.
- Refunds are only applicable for the unused portion of the course or service.
- To be eligible for a refund, a formal written request must be submitted to the academy's administration within the specified timeframe.
2. Refund Request Timeframes
- **Before Course Commencement:** If a refund request is submitted before the start date of the course, a full refund minus any administrative fees may be granted.
- **Within 7 Days of Course Commencement:** If a refund request is made within 7 days of the course start date, a partial refund may be issued, accounting for the proportion of the course already provided and administrative costs.
- **After 7 Days of Course Commencement:** No refunds will be provided after this period, except in cases of extenuating circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies), which must be documented.
3. Non-Refundable Fees
- Administrative fees, registration fees, and materials costs are non-refundable.
- Any third-party service fees paid for external resources or certifications are non-refundable.
4. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days of the formal approval of the refund request.
- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.
5. Special Circumstances
- **Course Cancellation:** If Vision Educational Academy cancels a course, students will receive a full refund of any payments made for that specific course.
- **Medical or Personal Hardships:** In cases of severe medical or personal issues, partial refunds may be considered with proper documentation.
6. Transfer of Fees
- In lieu of a refund, students may choose to transfer their fees to a future course or service within the academy.
- Fee transfers are subject to approval and must be requested within the refund request timeframe.
7. Appeals Process
- If a refund request is denied, students may submit a written appeal within 14 days of the denial.
- Appeals will be reviewed by a committee, and a final decision will be communicated within 14 days of the appeal submission.
